Spiral Touch is a standard Windows 10 application and can be installed on any Windows 10 PC or Tablet. The application can work with both mouse/keyboard and touch enabled interface. If you do not have a Windows 10 tablet please feel free to install the software on any Windows 10 PC. If you would like to test printer connectivity and additional peripherals in addition to Spiral Touch please see our list of compatible hardware.
Spiral POS is compatible with any Windows 10 PC with minimum 8GB RAM and 20 GB free hard disk space. We do provide off the shelf hardware from Microsoft and other vendors, please see our list of compatible hardware peripherals. If you wish to bring your own hardware we will be happy to assist with configuring and installing.
Yes, at the moment Spiral POS integrates with Ezi Debit online payment gateway and we are planning to integrate with Stripe payment gateway in the near future. Please contact us if you wish to integrate with a different payment gateway.
Yes, Spiral Online offers a WordPress plugin that integrates with any standard WordPress site and also communicates with the Spiral backend system. The WordPress plugin is responsible for getting the current stock, ticket and party configuration and also push the online orders and bookings back to the Spiral backend system. Spiral POS offers a simple csv based inventory import feature to help you get up and running quickly.
Yes, the Spiral POS licensing model works on per location base and you will need a separate subscription for each store location.
Yes, both Spiral Touch and Spiral Portal can be installed in on-premises mode, however if you are planning to run Spiral Online and a public booking system you may need to configure your network and allow incoming traffic.
Great, please log in your account management portal and purchase a subscription and choose a hosting option. Our support team will contact you with additional instructions and help you setup and configure the system.
A basic support plan is a part of your subscription, however if you need additional support and training please purchase the additional items via your account management portal.
